King George Sheriff’s Office Welcomes New Graduates:

Congratulations to 5 new members of KG’s Finest on graduating today from the Rappahannock Regional Criminal Justice Academy Law Enforcement Basic Training Program!

Deputies Ruslan Tully, Kirsten Staples, Evan Monroe, Meghan Floirendo, and Ashton Lewis did an incredible job throughout academy, all receiving many compliments from Academy staff and instructors and many bringing home top performance awards!

These professional men and women are excited to hit the road and begin their careers serving and protecting the citizens of King George County!

Utility Cut Offs Delayed Still Time To Pay:

King George County Service Authority customers. The scheduled disconnection of service for non-payment of utility bills for the week of August 30th was postponed due to the impeding threat of Tropical Storm Ida.

If you have not made the payment that was due on August 16, 2021 please do so to avoid disconnection of utility service. Disconnects are now scheduled for September 8, 2021.

King George County Dump Closed In Observance Of Holiday:

King George County convenience centers will be closed Monday, September 6, 2021 in observance of the Labor Day holiday/KGALERT
