While much of the recent discussion at the October 7 Town Council meeting presentation by Sarah Sullivan of the nonprofit Broadband Council, has focused on broadband challenges and opportunities specific to Colonial Beach. Sullivan also provided an update on significant changes occurring at the state and federal levels.
