Upset over not being notified, until days before contract renewal, the Colonial Beach Town Council decided to hold off voting to renew 911 dispatch service with Westmoreland County. One reason for holding off the vote was that Town Attorney Andrea Erard did not sign the contract. Erard said she was not comfortable signing off on the agreement.
