At the December 19 Town Council Meeting the council said goodbye to three members, including Burkett Lyburn who has serve on town council for 2 full terms.
Lyburn said he has been on council for so long he is going to miss it. However he believes the new incoming members, Vicki Roberson, Robin Schick and Patric Ey, will be good for the town.
With Schick and Ey being young, Lyburn believes they will make a positive impact on the town.
