Nine Arrested During Operation “Winter Heat”

Press Release Issued by Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office:

During the early morning hours on Thursday, January 17, 2019, Operation “Winter Heat” resulted in the arrest of several adults and a juvenile on criminal indictments and a petition involving various drug charges. As part of the operation, a search warrant was also executed in the 200 Block of Livingstone Street in Colonial Beach, VA.
Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Detectives conducted the extensive investigation in conjunction with the Tri – County Drug Task Force. The arrests were made without incident.

Those arrested to include charges are:

Tony G. Baylor, Jr., 23, Colonial Beach, two counts of distribution and one count of conspiring to distribute a Schedule I or II controlled substance namely Ethylpentylone (Molly). Also charged with two counts of distribution in a school zone. No Bond

Brittany E. Duncan, 29, Hague, one count of distribution and one count of conspiring to distribute a Schedule I or II controlled substance namely Heroin. Also charged with one count of distribution in a school zone. No bond

Taiji D. Jenkins, 23, King George, one count of distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance namely Lisdexamfetamine. Personal Recognizance Bond

Jordan M. Johnson, 24, Colonial Beach, one count of distribution and one count of conspiring to distribute a Schedule I or II controlled substance namely Ethylpentylone (Molly). Also charged with one count of distribution in a school zone. Personal Recognizance Bond

Kevin A. Miles, 38, Colonial Beach, three counts of distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance namely Ethylpentylone (Molly) being a 3rd or subsequent offense. Also charged with one count of distribution in a school zone and upon his arrest was charged with possession of a controlled substance. No bond

Darnelle J. Purce, 38, Colonial Beach, two counts of distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance namely Ethylpentylone (Molly) and Cocaine being a 2nd or subsequent offense. Also charged with two counts of child abuse/neglect. No bond

Robyn A. Roy, 22, Colonial Beach, two counts of distribution of a Schedule I or II controlled substance namely Ethylpentylone (Molly). Personal Recognizance Bond

John E. Wagoner, 26, Colonial Beach, one count of distribution and one count of conspiring to distribute a Schedule I or II controlled substance namely Heroin. Also charged with one count of distribution in a school zone. No bond

Juvenile – one count of distribution of a Schedule Ior II controlled substance namely Ethylpentylone (Molly).

First court appearances have been scheduled.
