At the February 6 work session town council explored options for replacing building inspector Anthony “Tony” Swinson who put in his resignation effective February 1st.
Town Manager Quinn Roberson gave three options for the council to explore; hiring internally, externally or hiring a third party inspector.
The council discussed all three options and decided those would not work, turning to a fourth option of utilizing the county administrator for inspections…
