Quality Built Homes Inc has been fined by the Department of Environmental Quality’s Northern Regional Office for failure to control erosion and settlement at the Oakwood Estates Subdivision.
Oakwood Estates is a 508 acre residential subdivision located in King George County a few miles from Highway 301 in the Shiloh Community.
According to Department of Environmental Quality documentation:
On July 30, 2018 DEQ received a report from King George County Virginia Storm-water Management Program Authority regarding a sediment release due to failed erosion and sediment controls at one of QBH’s construction sites…
