Here is a list of tried and true remedies claimed to help relieve a hang over. We suggest you skim it before beginning to celebrate! Happy St. Patty’s Day!

We will continue to experience some excessive noise from exercises being conducted at Fort A.P. Hill through the 18th of this month. (Let’s hope they hold off for a little while on Monday morning for all those who celebrated a little too hard the day before.)
