Town May Adopt Social Media And Networking Policy

The Colonial Beach Town Council reviewed a draft resolution to adopt a Social Media Policy and a Networking Policy. Resolutions are public statements of a governmental bodies intentions. Resolutions are different from ordinances in that they are not legally binding. However if adopted the policies may be imposed on employees as a condition of their employment.
