Beginning July 1 the Westmoreland County Transfer Station Collection Center in Montross, located at 350 Poorhouse Road, will no longer be accepting payments. But before you get excited, dumping refuse will still cost the same, however Westmoreland County residents will now have to purchase vouchers from the Westmoreland County Treasurers Office before going to the site to dump their garbage…
