MERRY POINT FERRY IN LANCASTER COUNTY RESUMES SERVICE TUESDAY, JULY 2

Ferry service was suspended on Friday, June 28 and Saturday, June 29
for engine repairs.
Service on the Merry Point Ferry in Lancaster County will resume on Tuesday, July 2.
Service was suspended on Friday, June 28 and Saturday, June 29 due to an engine malfunction. The ferry does not operate on Sundays and Mondays.
The Merry Point Ferry is a free ferry service operated by the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT). Located on scenic byway Route 604 (Merry Point Road and Ottoman Ferry Road), it crosses the western end of the Corrotoman River.
