Councilman Cirbee Censured Again

At their Regular Town Council Meeting on November 20, the Colonial Beach Town Council voted to censure and fine Councilman Stephen Cirbee for alleged actions against town employees.
This is not the first time that the council has censured Councilman Stephen Cirbee for his actions towards members of Town Hall staff, since Cirbee took office as a councilman on January 1, 2017.
