Sheetz Employee Carjacked In Parking Lot

According to a press release issued by the King George Sheriff’s Office, an employee of the King’s Hwy. Sheetz Convenience store located in the area of Dahlgren Rd., was approached by two male subjects wearing face coverings as he arrived at work.

The incident took place shortly after 5 a.m. this morning. (January 31, 2022) The suspects demanded the employee turn over his car to them then fled the scene.

Thankfully no one was injured during the encounter.

Descriptions of the suspects are as follows:

One of the suspects is believed to have been wearing a black hoodie with black pants.

The second suspect wearing a gray hoodie and blue jeans.

Description of Stolen Car:

The stolen vehicle is a 2017 Hyundai Tucson, orange in color, with Virginia license plate UCP-3501.

This incident is under investigation by the King George Sheriff’s Office Criminal Investigations Division.

If you locate the vehicle, please DO NOT APPROACH and call 911.
