In November Delegate Margaret Ransone praised 3rd grade students from Washington District Elementary School after visiting with them this month.
“We talked about how a bill becomes a law and my duties as a Delegate.” Ransone said. “Excitingly they asked very good questions relating to my job as a citizen representative and my duties as a working mother.
