Bruce Hough came to the Colonial Beach Police Department after retiring from 21 years with the FBI in December 2012, and has been here ever since.
Hough started in CBPD as a Detective and in June of 2014 he was promoted to Captain in charge of investigations.
He has continued to hold the title of Captain and Deputy Chief throughout. He served as Acting Police Chief twice but never made the position permanent…
