Wake up to 54 at 6 a.m. on Thursday and mostly sunny skies. Today will be a little warmer than the last few days. Temperatures will rise to 60 by 8 a.m. 65 by 10 a.m. and reach 70 by noon.
It’s a good day to get out and do some yard work if you can since Saturday’s forecast is calling for rain again. By 2 p.m. the temperature will reach 73 and fortunately the high will only be 75 by 4 p.m.
Partly sunny skies are predicted through out the day and temps will fall slightly in the evening dipping to 68 by 8 p.m. and 61 by midnight.
Overnight the temperature will level out at 60 degrees and dip slightly to 58 by 6 a.m. Friday morning. Some thunderstorms are predicted for the afternoon.
Town Of Colonial Beach Residents:
Next scheduled lawn, leaf and debris pick up is scheduled for May 20 to May 24. Debris must be in small bundles and tied no longer than 3 feet long. Leaves must be bagged. Pick up will be on the same day as your regular trash pick up.
