We are waking up to 75 degrees at 8 a.m. Despite temperatures in the low 90 the heat index will reach 100 today so be prepared.
By noon the temperature will reach 87 with a real feel of 99. By 4 p.m. the high for the day will be 93 with a real feel of 101.
Temperatures will start to cool down at about 7 p.m. with a 51% chance of thunderstorms. The threat of rain continues throughout the evening and by midnight the temperature will dip to 78. Still quite warm.
Overnight temperatures will be in the mid to low 70’s. Wake up to 74 by 6 a.m.
Colonial Beach Event: Saturday at 10 AM – 2 PM
The American Legion Post 148 in Colonial Beach will host a Golf Cart Wash at 27 Colonial Ave.
The Dahlgren Chief Petty Officers Association will be hosting a Golf Cart Wash in the Post parking lot. So stop by and show your support! Come hungry they will have burgers.
