The Colonial Beach 20th Annual Halloween Golf Cart Parade, hosted by Custom Cartz is the icing on the cake so to speak during the Annual Fall Festival.
The Festival includes a fun day of food and crafts on Town Hill along with a family fun zone, fire pit, music, and much more.
The day is capped off with local residents and businesses celebrating the beginning of the holiday season with a festive Halloween themed golf cart parade that circles the point by way of Irving Ave and Monroe Bay Ave.
