Colonial Beach Town Council will hold their February Regular Meeting on February 15, 2023 at the Town Center located at 22 Washington Ave. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. and will be live-streamed as usual. The meetings can be accessed on their Youtube Channel here.
Included in the usual house-keeping chores are; approval of agendas and minutes from past meetings, referrals to the planning commission and the Town Manager’s monthly report. The town is also celebrating its 131st year of incorporation.

Public Hearings
The town council will hold two public hearings during the regular meeting and both will allow public comments. Actions are scheduled to be voted on during the meeting.
The first public hearing is on Ordinance No. 739, which amends Article 12, Signs of the Town of Colonial Beach Zoning Ordinance
The second public hearing will be on Ordinance No. 740.
Ordinance 740 seeks to repeal of Chapter 16 Obscenity and amendments of Chapter 18
Police and Chapter 19 Streets & Sidewalks of the Town of Colonial Beach
