Albert Odell Stewart and Richard Jimmy West have been arrested and charged with 2nd degree murder and aggravated malicious wounding in connection with the death of a 58 year old Westmoreland County Resident who was found dead in a wooded area of King George County Virginia last November. The two are being held without bond.
According to a press release from King George County Sheriff’s Office, on November 3 rd , 2022, the body of a white female was found in a wooded area off Stoney Knoll Rd in King George, VA.
The female was later identified as Laura Quinn Combs, 58 years old of Westmoreland County.
Following the discovery of the body, Detectives from King George Sheriff’s Office and
Westmoreland Sheriff’s Office initiated a joint homicide investigation.
As a result of the investigation, two individuals have been arrested:
Richard Jimmy West, 67 years old of Westmoreland VA., is charged with 2nd degree Murder and Aggravated Malicious Wounding.
Albert Odell Stewart, 61 years old of Colonial Beach, VA., is charged with 2nd Degree Murder and Aggravated Malicious Wounding.
Both Stewart and West have been placed into the Rappahannock Regional Jail with no bond.
