Wake up to 39 degrees and partly cloudy skies. The sun will start popping out with partly sunny skies in the morning allowing temperatures to rise into the 40’s reaching 43 degrees at noon and a high of 45 by 3 p.m. Tuesday forecast shows no sign of precipitation. By 6 p.m. temperatures will dip into the 30’s with 39 at 6 p.m. dropping down to 33 by midnight.

EXPECT BRIEF DELAYS ON NORRIS BRIDGE TUESDAY, DEC. 4
Maintenance work for 511Virginia traffic cameras will reduce Route 3 to a single lane at the bridge approaches between Lancaster and Middlesex counties between 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
Motorists crossing the Robert O. Norris Bridge between Lancaster and Middlesex counties may experience brief daytime travel delays on Tuesday, Dec. 4 to allow crews to perform maintenance work to the 511Virginia traffic cameras.
Route 3 will be reduced to a single lane at the Norris Bridge approaches, where the traffic cameras are located, between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. Tuesday. This work has been scheduled weather permitting. If work is cancelled Tuesday, the work zone will occur on Wednesday, Dec. 5.
A flagging crew will direct alternating one-way traffic through the work zone.

Colonial Beach Town Council Work Session is scheduled for Saturday December 8 at 8 a.m.
The next yard debris pick up in Colonial Beach is scheduled for December 17 through 21. Yard debris will be picked up on the same day as each resident‘s normal garbage pick up.
