Spring Cleaning Continues

Conducted in the early morning hours of Monday, May 13, 2019, Operation ‘Spring Cleaning P2’ resulted in ten individuals being arrested on several criminal indictments to include an additional charge subsequent to arrest. The thirteen month undercover operation ran simultaneously with Operation ‘Spring Cleaning’ which was carried out in March 2019. All arrests were made without incident.

The operation was initiated by Westmoreland County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Detectives in conjunction with the Tri-County Drug Task Force which is comprised of the sheriff’s offices of Caroline, King George and Westmoreland, the Naval Criminal Investigative Service and Virginia State Police. Colonial Beach Police Department, Northern Neck Regional Jail and Rappahannock Regional Jail assisted during the morning operation.
