Citizens have expressed concern regarding bills that are due to Town Hall during the closure to the public.
Please be advised that until further notice, all penalty charges will be waived on current bills, (i.e. town decals, business license, utility, real estate tax, property tax and meals and lodging tax).
All delinquent property tax and real estate tax will not continue to accrue interest during this time.
Payments continue to be accepted through our website, www.colonialbeachva.net, and by USPS regular mail.
